RETURN POLICY

FREE RETURNS WITHIN 30 DAYS OF DELIVERY

The following countries are currently eligible for free returns:

- United States of America
- Canada
- Australia
- New Zealand

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item (s) you purchased in their original condition within 30 days of delivery. Upon receipt of the item, the purchase price will be refunded. Your shipping is only refunded if all items within the order are returned.

All returns must be registered through our returns portal, ReBOUND. This is to ensure the returns process is as speedy and simple as possible.

EXTENDED RETURN POLICY

Effective from October 25, 2019 until 31 December, 2019 all new orders except advent calendars will be covered under the extended return policy making it possible to return your gifts until 31 January, 2020.

 

PAUL VALENTINE WARRANTY

Paul Valentine has a limited warranty that covers manufacturer's defects for two years after the original purchase date from an authorised dealer. Basically, if the watch parts or mechanics don't work properly, and it's our fault, we will repair or replace your product for free. However, this does not cover any abuse you might put your watch through on your own. The warranty does not cover water damage, normal wear and tear, batteries, accidental glass damage, scratches, strap damage, or theft. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims and service requests, so please keep your receipt.
